Rajat Narang brings 19 years of seasoned experience in corporate & project financing,
special situation funding, and structured funding to his role as Senior Managing Partner at
Unified Vision Capital. His expertise spans the complete cycle of financing in core industries,
manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Rajat's strengths lie in his deep understanding of credit, risk assessment, and negotiation
skills, enabling him to provide comprehensive solutions in deal structuring. Known for his
solution-oriented approach and passion for exploring new ideas, Rajat drives business
development and growth at Unified Vision Capital.

Prior to joining the firm, Rajat held positions at Yes Bank and SBI Capital Markets. He holds a
Computer Science Engineering degree and an MBA from IMT, combining technical
knowledge with financial acumen.

Neha Thakur

Senior Associate Director for Strategy and Operations

Neha Thakur joined Unified Vision Capital as the Senior Associate Director for Strategy and Operations. In this role, she oversees external strategic partnerships and internal strategic initiatives, focusing on exploring new avenues of growth while underpinning that growth with robust internal capacities.

With 11 years of prior experience in management consulting and corporate advisory roles, Neha brings expertise across finance, infrastructure, and business technology profiles. Her professional background includes significant tenures at KPMG India and HCL Technologies. Neha holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi (2014), and a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Delhi Technological University (2010).

Her diverse educational background and professional experience enable her to bring a unique perspective to strategic initiatives at Unified Vision Capital.

Vishesh Verma

Vishesh Verma, serving as a Senior Vice President Partner at Unified Vision Capital since 2023, brings over 18 years of diverse experience to his role. He oversees crucial domains including Investment Analysis, Financial Modelling, Divestments Transaction Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due-Diligence, and Asset & Portfolio Valuations.

Vishesh's career is marked by successful completion of multiple transactions with mid and large corporates, specializing in debt and equity-based fundraising. His professional journey includes significant roles such as Vice President at Religare, Head of Investment & Strategy
(India), and Associate Director at JLL.

Saurabh Jain

Managing Partner

Saurabh Jain, a Managing Partner with Unified Vision Capital since 2023, oversees
Structured Credit, Special Situations Transactions, and Capital Market Advisory. With 17
years of prior experience at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, Saurabh brings a wealth of
knowledge from various roles including trading desk, hedge fund management, risk
management & strategy, investment banking, and distressed asset investments &
resolutions.

His expertise lies in executing numerous transactions for mid and large corporations,
addressing diverse needs in debt and equity fundraising. Saurabh's multifaceted experience
allows him to approach complex financial situations with a holistic perspective.

A Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI in 2005, Saurabh combines his professional
qualification with extensive practical experience to deliver value to Unified Vision Capital's
clients.

Pritesh Roy

Associate Vice President

Pritesh Roy serves as an Associate Vice President with Unified Vision Capital since 2023,
overseeing Private Equity, Venture Capital, and M&A activities. His tenure at the firm is
marked by successful collaborations with small and mid-sized corporates, assisting them in
their fund-raising initiatives.

With over 12 years of experience across investment banking, entrepreneurship, and
technology sectors, Pritesh brings a diverse skill set to his role. His expertise spans various
industries, including Infrastructure, Specialty Chemicals, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and
Start-ups in Edtech, HR Tech, and E-commerce.

Pritesh holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of
Engineering in Computer Science from BIT (CG), combining technical knowledge with

Ajay Bisaria

Ajay Bisaria brings over 35 years of distinguished diplomatic experience to his role as a Strategic Advisor at Unified Vision Capital. Dilesh's comprehensive experience includes concept selling & Technology Implementations, P&L Management, Business Development, Techno-Commercial Project Management, Capital Budgeting & ROI, and Cross border transactions.

Holding a BE in Mechanical Engineering from GEC Gujarat and a PGPMAX from ISB Hyderabad, Dilesh has also completed courses in Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Competitive Marketing Strategy from The Wharton School.

Kavita is an HR specialist with 30 years of leadership experience in global firms like Aon Hewitt, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Trilegal. She excels in talent management, retention, and strategic transformation across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Kavita has promoted gender equity and advanced the UN Women Empowerment Principles. As Vice-Chair of AMCHAM’s HR Committee (2018-2019), she contributed to India’s Maternity Act reforms.

She holds a Postgraduate degree in Science and a Diploma in Industrial Relations and received the Asia HRD Congress Award in 2018.

Suresh Nanda

As the former Head of International Banking at Bank One, Mauritius, Suresh gained extensive experience in the African market.
