Before establishing Unified Vision Capital, Ajay held key positions at ICICI Bank and IFCI Ventures, where he played instrumental roles in driving strategic initiatives and expanding market presence.

He began his career in corporate banking at IDBI Bank, contributing significantly to its growth and success. Ajay Kumar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has completed his undergraduate studies in Economics.
