Founder
Ajay Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Unified Vision Capital, a position he has held since 2011.
With over 26 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, fundraising, client coverage, private equity, and offshore fundraising, Ajay oversees the company's client relationships and fosters a collaborative work environment that promotes excellence and innovation.
Before founding Unified Vision Capital, Ajay held key roles at prominent financial institutions including ICICI Bank and IFCI Ventures, where he gained extensive expertise in treasury management and corporate banking. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Unified Vision Capital's footprint across India, starting from Delhi in 2011 and subsequently expanding to North, West, and East India by 2012 (including Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad).
Ajay Kumar is an alumnus of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is widely respected within the Indian financial services sector for his strategic insights and deep industry knowledge.
Nipun Mahajan is a Co-founder and Senior Managing Partner at Unified Vision Capital since 2011. He overlooks several domains in the firm; including, but not limited to, Structured Credit, Private Equity, Investor Relations, domestic & offshore.
With over 17+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, Nipun has successfully completed multiple transactions with varying requirements of debt and equity based fundraising and strategic financial solutions. Before promoting Unified Vision Capital, he worked with ICRA Management Consulting and IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd and is now serving as a Sr. Managing Partner in his final stint. He is an MBA with commerce background and a CFA certification.

Ajay Bisaria is a Advisor with Unified Vision Capital. He is having over 35 years of experience holding key position across different geographies & strategic advisor and international affairs commentator and advisor for India to OMERS, a Toronto-based pension fund.
He holds advisory roles with several global companies and is a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation. Bisaria chairs a Ministry of Steel task force examining global practices in green steel.
With a distinguished diplomatic career spanning 35 years in the Indian Foreign Service, He has held crucial roles including Indian High Commissioner to Canada and Pakistan and earlier as ambassador to Poland and Lithuania. He has represented India at the World Bank in Washington DC and served in embassies in Berlin and Moscow. He was a key aide to Prime Minister Vajpayee from 1999 to 2004, contributing significantly to India's Eurasia policy, particularly with Russia, Ukraine, and Central Asia.
His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IIM Calcutta, and a master’s degree in public policy from Princeton University.
Suresh Nanda is a Advisor with Unified Vision Capital. He is having over 38 years of experience holding key position across different geographies.
His professional journey encompasses leadership roles in ICICI Bank, ING (both domestically and globally), and significant contributions to the inception of ICICI Bank in 1994. Notably, he served as the Head of International Banking at Bank One, Mauritius, from 2015 to 2018, where he extensively covered the African market.
Demonstrating a wealth of expertise, Suresh excels in pioneering new business ventures, steering operational profit centers, and nurturing large, successful teams. His proficiencies span across Corporate & International Banking, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Offshore Banking, and Private Banking.
With his adept leadership acumen, Suresh presently leads the Indian Business Council (IBC) in Mauritius as its President. Under his guidance.
Suresh Nanda, a distinguished graduate of JNU, New Delhi, and IIM, Calcutta, boasts an impressive educational background, having also completed an Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, US.
AK Sharma is a Advisor with Unified Vision Capital. He is having over 39 years of experience holding key position across different geographies while working with LIC of India.
He was whole-time Director & CEO of LICHFL AMC, Mumbai, Investment Manager to SEBI registered PE/Venture Capital Fund, successfully raised a real estate focused maiden private equity fund of over INR 500 Crore, made 8 investments at diverse locations, created a trail of successful exits with impressive IRR and having full cycle experience of PE Fund with a verifiable track record of turning around the Company.
He is having specialization in market analysis, risk management, strategy formulation & execution, resource mobilization with the experience of managing large teams and having reputation of consistent & ahead of the curve performance.
His academic background include Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance Management: Insurance Management Pondicherry University & Graduation in Economics & Miletery Science from Kurukshetra University. A transformational business leader with 26 years of global experience in leading large-scale profit centre operations, navigating complex projects and successfully scaling businesses in technology-based products, MEP, Water & Wastewater, Infrastructure and Industrial domain. Comprehensive experience in concept selling & Technology Implementations, P&L Management, Business Development, Techno-Commercial Project Management, Capital Budgeting & ROI, Cross border transactions.
His academic background includes a BE Mechanical from GEC Gujrat, and hold PGPMAX from ISB Hyderabad. Having -Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Competitive Marketing Strategy from The Wharton School & Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Global Strategy & organisation from London Business School.

Rajat Narang is a Senior Managing Partner at Unified Vision Capital. He is a seasoned finance professional with 19 years of work experience in corporate & project financing, special situation and structured funding.
Extensively worked through complete cycle of financing in core industries, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. He brings rich experience in understanding of credit, risk assessment and negotiation thereby providing a comprehensive solution in deal structuring. He is solution-oriented professional and is passionate about exploring new ideas.At Unified Vision Capital, he is responsible for business development and driving growth. Prior to this, he has been associated with Yes Bank and SBI Capital Markets. He holds Computer Science Engineering degree and Master of Business Administration from IMT.
Saurabh Jain is Managing Partner with Unified Vision Capital since 2023. He oversees Structured Credit, Special Situations Transaction and Capital Market Advisory at the firm.
Saurabh has effectively executed numerous transactions involving mid and large corporations, addressing diverse needs in debt and equity fundraising. Prior to his tenure at Unified Vision Capital, Saurabh accumulated 17 years of experience at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, where he held various positions encompassing trading desk, hedge fund, risk management & strategy, investment banking, and distressed asset investments & resolutions.
He attained his Chartered Accountant certification from ICAI in 2005.
Vishesh Verma is a Senior Vice President at Unified Vision Capital since 2023. He overlooks several domains in the firm; including, but not limited to, Investment Analysis, Financial Modelling, Divestments Transaction Structuring, Merger &Acquisition, Due-Diligence, Asset & Portfolio Valuations
In his tenure, Vishesh has successfully Completed multiple transactions with mid and large corporates with varying requirements of debt and equity based fundraising. Before joining Unified Vision Capital, he worked for 18+ years in different roles across Corporate Finance, Project & Investment, As a Vice President at Religare, Head at Investment & Strategy (India), Associate Director at JLL.
Mr. Verma is IIM L Alumni and MBA -Finance from Amity Business School, Noida (2006).
Summi Gupta is a seasoned professional with 19+ years of diverse experience and expertise in investment banking. She is a qualified Company Secretary, with PGDBM, BBA, and Law Graduate by qualification. She has rich experience of raising financing through ECA's, Capital markets, DFI's, multilateral, funds, commercial banks, Impact funds, and other investors. Hands-on experience in raising financing for corporates, FI's, DFI's & sovereigns in different markets. Skilled in liaising with clients, funders, and sovereigns for fundraising. Demonstrated capability in Relationship management, financial advisory, structuring financing proposals, and managing end-to-end transactions. Traveled extensively to various countries in Africa including Benin, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, DRC, Angola, Togo, Cameroon, Guinea Conakry, Senegal, Gabon, Republic of Congo, etc. for relationship management & business execution. Proven ability to lead teams toward the achievement of organizational goals. In UV she is actively involved in Debt financing.
Priyanka Dawda is an Advisor with Unified Vision Capital since Sep 2023. She oversees Client acquisitions along with heading PE execution from Mumbai.
Priyanka has successfully completed a Pre IPO placement transaction with mid and large Family offices and institutions. She comes with over 13 years of multi- faceted experience in buy side investing (Real Estate Fund) & sell side advisory , including entrepreneurial role (Investment Banking). She’s been part of teams at Centrum Broking, HDFC Property Fund. She comes with deep relationships across domestic and international institutional investors including LPs, SWF, PE, SSF, Family Offices and VCs.
An MBA finance from Weligkar Institute of Management development and Research, she holds a BA in Economics from Mumbai university and has passed certified courses with Honors from Yale University (Financial Markets Certifications) and NISM Series V - A
Neha Thakur is Senior Associate Director for Strategy and Operations with Unified Vision Capital since February 2024. She oversees external strategic partnerships and internal strategic initiatives at the firm.
In her tenure with us, she has been exploring new avenues of growth for the company along with underpinning that growth with robust internal capacities. These include functional areas of new markets, sales and marketing, and key account management. Before joining us, she worked for 11 years in various management consulting and corporate advisory roles across finance, infrastructure and business technology profiles. She has previously worked with KPMG India and HCL Technologies.
She received her MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi in 2014 and Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Delhi Technological University in 2010.
Pritesh is an Associate Vice President with Unified Vision Capital since 2023. He oversees Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A activities at the firm.
In his tenure with us, Pritesh has worked with several small and mid corporates and helped them in their fund raising initiatives. Before joining Unified Vision Capital, he worked for over 12 years in different roles across investment banking, entrepreneurship and technology serving as a Manager, PE and M&A in his final stint. He has worked across sectors incl. Infrastructure, Specialty Chemicals, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Start-ups incl. Edtech, HR Tech, E-commerce, etc.
He has received an M.B.A. in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BIT (CG).
