Sachin Gupta

Sachin Gupta brings over 20 years of expertise in fund management and corporate finance, having held leadership roles at top-tier institutions like AMP Capital, Digital Bridge, Bank of America, Citigroup, Macquarie Capital, and Philips Capital in India and the United Kingdom. Sachin has successfully managed equity investments and asset management activities, showcasing a deep understanding of capital markets and fund management.

His experience spans portfolio management, deal structuring, executing successful exits, IPOs, and establishing strategic joint ventures and alliances. Throughout his career, Sachin has excelled in managing large-scale funds and transactions, including raising capital, structuring investments, and overseeing regulatory compliances. A strong, delivery-focused leader with a sharp strategic growth mindset, Sachin combines his corporate finance experience with a passion for innovative solutions and transaction execution.  Most recently, he was setting up a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund focused on growth stocks and pre-IPO opportunities in India.

He is an MBA from IIM Calcutta (2005) and a BTech in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur (2001).
