Rajat's strengths lie in his deep understanding of credit, risk assessment, and negotiation
skills, enabling him to provide comprehensive solutions in deal structuring. Known for his

Prior to joining the firm, Rajat held positions at Yes Bank and SBI Capital Markets. He holds a
Computer Science Engineering degree and an MBA from IMT, combining technical
knowledge with financial acumen.

Neha Thakur

Senior Associate Director for Strategy and Operations

Neha Thakur joined Unified Vision Capital as the Senior Associate Director for Strategy and Operations. In this role, she oversees external strategic partnerships and internal strategic initiatives, focusing on exploring new avenues of growth while underpinning that growth with robust internal capacities.

With 11 years of prior experience in management consulting and corporate advisory roles, Neha brings expertise across finance, infrastructure, and business technology profiles. Her professional background includes significant tenures at KPMG India and HCL Technologies. Neha holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi (2014), and a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Delhi Technological University (2010).

Vishesh Verma, serving as a Senior Vice President Partner at Unified Vision Capital since 2023, brings over 18 years of diverse experience to his role. Managing Partner

Summi Gupta is a seasoned professional with 19+ years of diverse experience and expertise in investment banking. She is a qualified Company Secretary, with PGDBM, BBA, and Law Graduate by qualification. She has rich experience of raising financing through ECA's, Capital markets, DFI's, multilateral, funds, commercial banks, Impact funds, and other investors. Hands-on experience in raising financing for corporates, FI's, DFI's & sovereigns in different markets.

Skilled in liaising with clients, funders, and sovereigns for fundraising. Demonstrated capability in Relationship management, financial advisory, structuring financing proposals, and managing end-to-end transactions. Traveled extensively to various countries in Africa including Benin, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, DRC, Angola, Togo, Cameroon, Guinea Conakry, Senegal, Gabon, Republic of Congo, etc.

years of prior experience at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, Saurabh brings a wealth of
knowledge from various roles including trading desk, hedge fund management, risk
management & strategy, investment banking, and distressed asset investments &
resolutions.

His expertise lies in executing numerous transactions for mid and large corporations,
addressing diverse needs in debt and equity fundraising. Saurabh's multifaceted experience
allows him to approach complex financial situations with a holistic perspective.

A Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI in 2005, Saurabh combines his professional

With over 12 years of experience across investment banking, entrepreneurship, and

Start-ups in Edtech, HR Tech, and E-commerce.
